- I understand that, following approval of my application, a $250 deposit is required to reserve a place on this trip and is non-refundable.
- I am willing to work under the direction of the team leaders and field partners to accept and perform any and all assignments with a God-honoring attitude.
- I understand Christ Baptist will request a background check on me if there is not a current one on file.
- I am confirming that I have the time and energy to devote to the pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities.
- I agree to participate in the training arranged by the leadership at Christ Baptist and complete all requirements for the trip.
- I understand that my involvement on this trip can be denied prior to travel if I do not participate in the full preparation of the trip.
- I agree to return home at my own expense if the field partner, in conjunction with the team leader, determines my behavior has been inappropriate and therefore jeopardizing the long-term ministry.
